stuffed animal which cost more than what I had seen him buy his other friends. What's up with the "friend" word and this bigger gift thing? Does it mean he likes me more since my gift was bigger? How am I suppose to know what it means?

hey if you want to know if this guy likes you and if you like him then ask him. Dont try and guess at things like this because people are very hard to read. If you want a direct honest answer then ask him face to face. Its not scary . To get anywhere in life you have to be assertive and if it doesn't work out or he says no then just say oh okay just asking thats cool. its not big deal

You're lucky in a way I'd guess. Most people come into my home take one look at my stuff and have a good hearty laugh. I didn't know 70s chic was so humorous.

Maybe he is just being nicer to you because he feels more like you are more understanding, nicer, and more fun to be around then all the rest of his friends. If he keeps saying friends then he wants to stay in that zone and nothing more.

Why does it have to mean anything? Just accept the gift, say thanks and be his friend. He'll let you know if he wants it to be more. I think girls now a days act desperate, a guy says hi and they think he loves them. Don't chase him off with school girl stuff.

I say you express your concerns to "him" instead of dwelling on it. It is probably a case of somebody just being nice, perhaps it is more....but you wont know if you dont communicate. Direct Communication is the key.
