The best place is EBAY! I purchased a few new games for my daughter for around $11-$12 including shipping (brand-new games, too). You can also find games that were released earlier, too. Just type in "Gameboy Advance" in the general search box. Make sure you check the reputation of the seller before purchasing, though.

Try eBay, EB Games or Game Traders. Game Traders sell new and second hand games you might be able to find cheap used games there.

i don't know if thre is a gamestop store in your area they have new and used games. also target is good
