Coffee cans make great drums. Jingle bells can be use for an instrument too. Or do you have a piece of metal you can bend into a triangle? Play the spoons, simple but quick and effective. Good luck.

Rubber band guitar?
Use a shoe box for the main part, cut a hole in the center.
Rubber bands for the strings
A ruler or flattened out paper towel role for the arm
Decorate it in a cool way.

try a search on the web for a train whistle design. It is really simple yet it could get you out of your fix!! hope this helps

Why, if it has to be exceptional, did you wait until the last minute? Sorry, but your actions speak louder than your words. Start getting creative -- look through the stuff you have in your house... rubber bands, empty cans, cloth, plastic wrap, dried beans...

um...I say make marracas (i have no clue how to spell that LOL) out of like paper masche (can't spell that either) or get a coffe can and put cloth over the top and make a drum! I dunno.... or you can get a few pieces of hollow wood and glue them side by side and make a picalo type thing.....
