Your body temperature normally changes as the day progresses--one of those strange phenoms just like how you seem to gain a pound or two later in the day. That is why you check your temp before you get out of bed because this is your basal temperature and is not affected by activity, eating, or the environment.

Your temperature will change throughout the day. You're supposed to take your temp when you first wake up in the morning before you even get up to go pee. That's going to be the most accurate for you if you're charting. Your temp should change and get higher throughout the month meaning it will drop around ovulation and then get higher afterwards and stay elevated for anywhere between 12-16 during a non-pregnant cycle. If they stay high for 18+ days this may be an indication of pregnancy. If you're temps are erratic and you're not noticing any type of pattern you may be having an anovulatory cycle which you should have checked by your doctor because this makes it hard to get pregnant. Get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" if you really want to know what's going on with your body. It's one of the most informative reads you'll ever have.

upon entering about my 3rd month of pregnancy with both my children, I was hot constantly... I never was cool or couldnt get cool.. I looked sort of stupid my first (I was working then) and I bought 2 little battery operated fans, one I put one on top of my desk and the 2nd under my desk at my feet.. My co workers made fun of me, but I couldnt help it.. I was like a human inferno...
my 2nd pregancy, I was not working, I stayed home and had a huge fan blowing on me, the a/c turned up full blast, drank iced tea or lemonaide the whole time and tryed to get by on what little clothing I needed to remain decent... (lol)
goodluck! with your own pregnancy...

Make sure you dont have blankets that are to heavy, or your clothers arent to heavy. I wouldnt worry any time unless your temp go's over 102. Then see a doc if it persists to be over 102. could be a small reoccuring infection.

when you start to move you start to heat up...heat causes your temp to go up...(as elementary as that sounded)
