Just go to any major job search site, like hotjobs.com or monster.com, and enter in the search term "industrial psychologist" and "organizational psychologist" and find out what companies are hiring. You can see from the responses what companies are hiring and where they are located.

Lost of companies do it to deterine if managers can handle leading and stressful situations.
Other times it used to fully develop the potential of workers

mostly big corporations like shell etc..usually the i/o psychologists works as consultant.they get lots!
