Need the name of a teen who made a few albums 5 to 7 years ago(little fuzzy on date) his biggest hit I think was titled need a little help down here or something like that.

Billy Gilman -- "One Voice" (around 2000). He was 11 when it was recorded. His voice changed and he recently made an album, according to his website (www.billygilman.com).
