I have a very small waist and curvy hips. My chest is small. What style of dress should I look for that will de-emphasize my small bust, and emphasize my tiny waist and nice hips?
(I'm thinking cocktail/party dress)

something with a material that wraps around your waist. (like something with a kind of a belt around the waist, but now really a belt...) and anything really super tight. tight things emphasize your thin frame and also makes it look shows how proportionate your boobs are to your body. :)

Find a dress with a sash or some kind of horizontal line or accent at the waist, like a wrap dress.
