I really wish they wouldn't keep putting other things on in it's time slot. It really messed me up having it on after Desprate Housewives this past Sunday.

I love that show! I laugh so hard I sometimes cry. I'm on the east coast and missed it tonight. Those on the west please let me know what happened after you see it!

Buckle up for your recap:

Lincoln kidnapped Shirley at the end of the last show and took her to his basement where he tied her up and taped her mouth so that he could play her show tunes on his ukelele.

Hands and Alan are proceeding with their caseto defend the woman with black outs who found her ex lover hanging from the ceiling with her hands tied behind her back and a suicide note on the table. Alan is thinking temporary insanity but the defendant swears she is innocent.

Back at the office the rest of the staff is beginning to wonder where Shirley is. They even hask Denny if he has seen her, He says "Naked?" They say "Recently. " He says "No"

Back at the house. the tape is removed and Lincoln is trying to get to Shirley mentally but she is getting to him instead. She is trying to get him to release her and she will say nothing. He thinks the police will arrest him anyway.

At the office, Hands and Alan are talking about the client when Denny walks in and doesn't like how close they are getting and how he has no murder case.

On the news the Reporter has her head all bandages up as she is stretchured out of her apartment. Lincoln is thinking he should have hit her harder.

At the trial Hand does the opening cross examination and is surprisingly good as his question of the detective on the case point fingers both at the ex husband who stand to inherit a million dollars in insurance and the new girlfriend that stand to inherit 650,000 dollars in the estate.

Back at the office the staff has sent out for the police to find Shirley but they say it is too early to put out a missing person's warrant. They are thinking Lincoln is the most likely suspect but they have no proof. The cop suggests they get some. The new girl and the Blonde guy volunteer to go.

In the House Lincoln is telling Shirley that he wants to suck her ear lobes. She tells him that he is still out of his mind. He tells her the room is sound proof and that he stil has a gun. She eventullay tell him to suck her lobes.

At the trial, Hands cross examined the husband and brought out in testimony that he is capable of doing bad things under oath. he asked for examples.

Lincoln is trying to feed Shirley when she head butts him and makes his nose bleed. He tells her that they may not be friends anymore. He also shows her that if anyone should try and rescue her his spring activated cross bow will shoot them as the break in the door.

On the news the bandaged up newscaster is bating on Lincoln not knowing who he is but say it would take more than one hit in the head to kill her.

On the balcony at the offices Alan and Hands are sharing a cigar and some scotch when Denny walks in on them and is jealous once more.

The new girl and the Blonde guy try and get Lincoln to believe they are there to talk about the dead judge but he doesn't believe them and closes the door in their faces.

At lunch Denny is tell his girlfriends mother, his ex fiancee that he keeps finding Alan with hands in their spot. She of course takes the opportunity to offer him her warm spot to him.

At the office the staff has come to the conclusion that they do not have enough evidence to get the police to go after Lincoln. Alan walks in and tells them that he has received a call from Lincon saying that he has Shirley over at his place and he will sign a deposition to that effect. He is going to his office to receive that call as he speaks.

Back at the trial Hands has an easy going with his client in making her look sympathetic.

At the office, Hands reveals to Alan that he is a human lie detector and that is one of the reasons he is attracted to Alan, he is honest. Denny comes in and is jealous again because they have a case and he does not and they seem to be getting even closer. Alan follows denny this time to tell him that he loves him and that he is his best friend. Denny says he never wants to see him on a balconey with Hands again.


Over at the police staion they are telling the cops to err on the side of safety this time. They go to a judge to get a warrant.

At the Trial things have taken a definite turn for the worse as Alan is unable to make the new girlfriend come off as the mean spirited women he knows her to be in front of the Jury.

Back at Lincoln's place the swat team is breaking down the door as he is playing his ukelele again. he grabs for his gun and starts to wonder what to do next. Shirley is starting to scream as she realizes the room is not sound proof. Lincoln is standing there in th middle of the room with his back to the door when the police break down the door and the cross bow goes off and shoots Lincoln through his chest. Thepolice free Shirley who says she will hug the staff but next time bring Vodka. As for lincoln he is complaining as he is stretchured out the door.

At the court they are about to go to closing arguments when hands comes hopping in and telling Alan to look at something. He tells the judge that they have one more witness before closing. the recall the exhusband and get him to confess to tying up the woman's hands and feet to make it look like she was murdered to get the insurance money. It turns out that he gets nothing if she commits suicide. He tells the truth and the judge dismisses the case against the client and arrests him instead. he is no longer guilty of pergury but he is now guilty of tampering and fraud. Hands is jumping for joy all over Alan who only hopes Denny is not watching.

Back at th office Alan is hitting once more on the girl who said she would have sex with the next man who asked her. He pictures her in a school girl outfit and knees socks. That is when Shirley walks him and tells him she heard he lied to the state and if he did it again she would have him fired. She then said thank you. He told her he pictured her in a school girls outfit with knee sox. The two girls left his office.

Later he is on the balconey with Denny talking about what makes the balconey so powerful. Alan think it is being so close to death 14 floors up. Alan thinks his ashes should be thrown over the balcony when he is dead. He thinks Alan should do the same. Alan says just say look out below before they do so because he has no intention of being cremated.

It just ended here in Arkansas. From last week, Lincoln kidnapped Shirley, and there was a trial of a woman accused of hanging her female lover. Lincoln kept Shirley in his basement and entertained her, but threatened to kill her from time to time. They finally suspected that Lincoln kidnapped her and got a warrent and stormed the house. Lincoln hadn't had time to finish his getaway plan and grabbed a gun, but the police came through the door in the basement and his booby trap went off and he was skewered by his own arrow. He lived and went to the hospital. Shirley lived and went back to the office. At the trial, it was revealed that the deceased woman's x-husband found her hanging after suicide, and tried to make it look like murder so he could collect the $1 million insurance policy. He didn't know that her other lover had been made the beneficiary. Since he recanted his earlier testimony on the stand, he couldn't be charged with perjury.
