How can you say that both men and women hide things from one another and then say that it's in a woman's nature? What kind of sense does that make?
People in general hide things from one another because they either like keeping their secret, secret (it could be some kind of power thing) and/or they don't want to hurt the other person.

I don't think that this question can really swing one way or another. It is not a tendancy but a human trait. It most certainly is not just in a woman's nature. I believe that this is a human quality but just affects us all in varying degrees, and is seen more obviously in specific issues (such as the past, relationships, intimacy etc). You would be very hard pressed to find anyone this day in age who has not hidden anything from anyone.

It must be because Woman and Men think differently, yet believe the other wont believe or understand what takes place. Its not right....We ought to be more honest with one another. Its hard, our Natural instincts are to hide whatever we have done or is going on, and hope the other wont find out. Ive found with my husband, if I tell him about something, he is understanding and doesnt get as mad as I would have thought. Lets give our partners a chance, tell the truth, dont hide stuff. It only makes things worse!

I think it's just human nature in general to be somewhat secretive, not just women. becuase women will hide things from other women and men from men, etc.

yup this is a woman nature because more a woman hides more a man gets closer to her coz men love mystery atleast i feel so

its not only women's nature men also hide so many things from women infect men do more wrong thing then women

one feels power knowing more than others and since others dont know the secret you feel good=)
