I just waited a hour on hold with an airline for them to tell me their computers were down and that i needed to call them back. And to top it off the guy didn't speak very good english at all and i wouldnt have been able to understand him anyway.

42 minutes on hold--with the phone company! And they had the most HORRIBLE elevator music on their line! Brrrrrrrrrrr!
