G'day Peppa,

Thank you for your question.

I would wait until when your next period is due. If it doesn't arrive, I'd see your doctor. By that stage, various pregnancy tests will be able to detect whether you are pregnant. Clinical tests can pick it up a week after fertilisation while home tests take at least 12 to 15 days.

Sperm normally last for two days and can last for five days in mucus.

I have attached sources for your reference.

Regards

Sperm can live in the vagina for up to five days. The best time to test is after your expected period has not come, although there are some tests out there than can detect pregnancy up to four days before the missed period (or so they claim). Sounds like you had sex right about the time you would be ovulating, so there is a good chance that you might be preggers. Good luck!

sperm lives longer than the egg which is why you want to have sex a day or two before you ovulate..and then during...if you are trying to have a baby, you can test a couple of days before your period, but it can come up negative even though you may be, so wait like two days before and no you dont need the early test, they cost more money the regular ones yes even from the dollar store if you read the instructions tell you what the percentage is for the results if you test early..(same as early ones)as far as signs you can have none or some a week before you miss ur period..dont stress you can make your period late..go to google.com and ask these q's many web pages will pop up with better answers for ya...

Great timing. I'd wait another two weeks to test.
When I got pregnant, I felt it in my pelvis, I could feel the uterus expanding then day before I period was even due.
(Second time mom tho, in tune with my body)

Here's a conception calculator below, looks like the 23rd is right in your fertile period.
Good luck!

My advice is to wait till you skip your cycle and then test. No need to panic or worry till then.
