I have lost my job and was working in pain every day. I have a bulging disc in my lower back. when I lost my job I automatically went to file for unemployment, but I dont want to work in pain everyday, I cant function well sitting or standing with my bulging disc. Is it ok that I hane filed for unemployment but I want to see if I qualify for disability?

You probably can, but it normally takes a billion years , and more than one try to get disability. Good luck.

no, when you collect unemployment you are saying you r willing and able to work
