I can bench 110% of my body weight, but I still have man boobs (muscle mainly but still fat there around the nipples...quite a bit of it). how the hell do i get rid of them?

As a teen I had the same problem which was easily resolved with 2 hormone shots. These days doctors won't give them because it is a steroid. My grandson has this problem and his doctor told him it would change around age 16, lol.

I had a trainer at a gym give me advise that I believe would help. While working out doing butterflies, make sure you thrust the chest out hard and do as many reps as you can. They will get very sore at first but the fat will soon disapear and become something you'll be proud to have. I hope this helps some.

The make-up of "boobs" is fat. If you are not at least a bit fat, then that points to a hormone problem. You are either producing too much estrogen or not enough testosterone. Unfortunately, this problem could be caused by something serious. You need to see a doctor.
