I'm 14 and i'm 5'4, & last time i checked i was 130lbs. Many of people say that i look really skinny, but i think my weight is a little on the high side. I haven't shown much growth so should i lose weight?

Don't try to lose any weight, there is no need for that. BMI does not take a lot of things into account like body fat %, which may be low for you, and does little to consider difference in overall body composition. That is why there is a high range and a low one - Both are ok depending on the person, and if you don't look fat then why worry about it? Healthy weight is more accurately measure in inches and hip-to-waist ratio anyway.

Eat healthy and be active and you will be fine. If you are concerned about your weight then just monitor it to make sure it doesn't go higher. You could improve your diet if you feel that it is poor, if you do this and exercise you will be at your normal healthy weight which may very well be what you are at now. But again, I would not actively try to lose weight at your age/height/weight! You are still young, probably still growing, not fat by any means, and i'm sure you are gorgeous the way you are.

Your only 14, you could still grow a little taller. I'm 5'6 and over 200 pounds but i got the build of a football player, and my doctor says i'm fine the way i am cus of my build. Look at your build are you board shouldered? Slender? Big all over? Your weight should depend on your build not your height. If your a few pound over big deal! Just be happy with you.

Don't pay attention to the number if your body tells you different.
5'4" and 130 is normal and healthy.
If you play a sport and are athletic, just know that muscle ways more than fat. So many things contribute to body weight...including water retention.
Theoretically, throw out the scale and just eat right and stay active....you'll know that you are OK/just fine as you are.
P.S-check your BMI at self.com...i'm sure you are healthy.

If that's what you are, then it's perfect for you. If you lost or gained weight, that would be perfect too.
