I need to know the simplest way to solve this without using a calculator...please explain well for the ten points thank you.

from left to right

16^(-3/5)

1/(16^3/5)
=1/5th root of 16^3

raising this to 5/4
is the 4th root of 16^3

The 4th root of 16 is 2
so 2^3 =8
so
1/8

or think about powers multiply
so 16^(-3/5)^(5/4)
= 16^((-3/5)*(5/4)
=16^(-3/4)
=1/8
