Can i use my phone anywhere in the world?

Hi i have a new unlocked w600i from cingular and its sez i can talk anywhere in the world with it i was wondering if i there are extra fees even if im talking cingular to cingular

you must have a world phone which are usually hooked by gps .. your phone is not a worldphone.. i do not believe sony ericsson makes any world phones

a gps phone you can, but a normal cell no way.
