yup, it's ok. maybe you could try this:

i want to source and import the following goods: jewels, watches, slippers (you name it).

or

i will be sourcing out (name the goods) and importing them by (date).

I want to have other sources and have goods imported would work better
but what you wrote isn't wrong

I want to outsource labor and to import goods.

No matter which verbs you choose, if you use the infinitive form "to ___" you have to put both verbs in parallel form.
