I think you are talking about Islamic government.
That would be a government ruled by Islam's Holy Law, like Afghanistan was and like Iraq pretended to be and what many Arab countries have tried to enforce.
In those lands, if you are caught with a Bible, you can be beheaded.
Or if you are caught telling someone about Jesus, you can also be beheaded.
Women have to keep their faces covered and essentially the rest of their body as well.
They can only expose skin to their husbands in their homes.

That kind of government follows the Sharia law. And no, nobody gets executed for talking about Jesus Christ, because he is also a prophet of Islam. He is know as Hazrat Isa Al Islam to Muslims.
So, they can talk about Jesus if they want to. This kind of govenrment is quite unpopular among the Muslim world, since it really doesn't apply nowadays.
If you go to a country like Saudi Arabia, you'll notice how degrading such a constitution can be on the general population, especially on young people.
The Taliban of Afganistan in any way doesn't present anything about Islam, the kind of constitution they follow is from a very narrow minded line of thinking. Many of thier extreme laws doesn't even comply with Sharia law.
I am glad they were overthrown, and thier oppresive influences are no more.
