how do i show that it is a geometric sequence and find the common ratio and write out the first 4 terms.. :/

3^0=1
3^1=3
3^2=9
3^3=27
3^4=81
From the above we see that each term is 3 times the previous term, so 3^(n+1)/3^n = 3

plug in potition numbers
1=3
2=9
3=27
4=81

the common ratio is 3

Just do it!

n, En
-------
1, 3
2, 3^2=9
3, 3^3=9x3=27
4, 9x9x9x9= .....etc....
