Shoes for Crews...they might have a website you can check out. If not look for Dr. Scholls gel inserts or some jogging shoes. Anything with support in the arch of your foot will make it easier on your back and feet if your on them all day!

You might want to skip the insert and go for an actual shoe that is meant to be stood in all day. Try standing comfort shoes, they are made for people who work in occupations that stand a lot. Doctors, nurses, and people in food service. I think it standingcomfort.com or something like that.

Go to walmart and get you a pair of memory fit cushion inserts and your problem will be fixed.I have plantar fascia in one foot and that's the best i have found,go get you a pair.

Go to the foot Doctor, have your feet examined, and they will give you customized soles. Your insurance would most likely pay for it.

Go get some Vans. They are the most comfortable and easiest to wash when they get dirty, too. you should go for black with no other color on it. they match most clothes.
