They threw them up in the air and used them as targets according to the book Night by Elie Wiesel. Most of the women were sterilized. The babies would probably die of hunger or cold even if they were born. Experiments is a good answer too.

well what i've heard they put them in the big ovens and burn them
or just do experiments
