Why is 2 valves are white colored from inside?

most all the chevy engines have the valve heads turn white

it is how they are

nothing out of the ordinary,

start to worry if they are black instead of white or tan
the heat of the combustion process makes them hot and cooks them clean and makes them white

dont worry about it
