If i get braces can I have a basic side lip ring. Also what is the best side to get my lip pierced on for the bottom, left of right?

The best side is the one you like better. I personally don't care for center lip piercings on females and most males. They don't have any meaning or significance other than that's what you like and that's where you put it.
I have never heard of braces and piercings being a bad mix. A CBR would not interfere with braces, however a labret stud would. So as long as you get pierced with a CBR and take care of it, you shouldn't have any issues.

Lip piercings won't bother your braces I have friends with braces with lip piercings.But you will have trouble eating for like a week or less after you get your piercing.
ps.left or right never middle.

If u r gonna get braces, then I reccomend u to get a lip piercing on the bottom. on the left or right would be kinda dangerous...

Piercing is entirely your discretion. You probably don't need to get pierced if you're letting internet people decide for you.
A lip ring won't be disturbed by braces, but a labret stud will be.

well... if you get too close to bright light electic currenct will trasfer into ur lip and on ur braces and you will be shocked severly. ur survival rate is very low. PS lip piercing are SUPER UGLY

face piercings look crap. you will look like you had a fight with a wire fence and lost.
