Well stevie I'm glad you asked...
..for much to long we have turned our head in shame and disgrace for the treatment visited upon these reptilian outcasts. Just because these creatures come to our good land illegally is really not the main point tonight. They are insidious little buggers always asking for a place to lay down their shell and get some rack-time, flat on the ole back. No rolling around all night like a junior high school game of spin-the-bottle. Truth be known there is NO place for our little friends-of-snakes to gather at seasons end. So, yes friends we're counting on you watching tonight to adopt one of these little walking boxes of slow made soup. Er, I mean slow moving darlings. Operators are waiting for your checks...I mean calls.

Mmm hmm, I think they like to burrow into the mud of riverbanks or riverbottoms where it's warm and hibernate. Same thing with frogs.

The swim to warmer waters in the wild.
They bury themselves in sand.
In your fish tank they like a nice heat lamp or warm rock.
