for those of you who said they hace the same DNA you are WRONG!! of course a test will tell them apart, while they carry similar genetic traits, the only way the DNA would be identical was if his brother was his clone.

I once watched a maury episode with the same situation and come to find out the twin brothers were identical, dna and all so there was no way to tell which was the father so they had to choose which one was going to take on the roll. I found that very interesting for i thought everyone was different, at least their dna regardless of how identical but apparently i was wrong. If the brothers are fraternal twins then you can have a succesful paternity test. Good luck.

Identical twins DO have the same DNA.

Although identical twins have the same genotype, or DNA, they have different phenotypes, meaning that the same DNA is expressed in different ways.

Traits determined by phenotype, such as fingerprints and physical appearance, are the result of "the interaction of the individual's genes and the developmental environment in the uterus." Thus, a DNA test can't determine the difference between identical twins, while a simple fingerprint can

I don't know if they can tell from a DNA test.
I just looked it up on dna-bioscience.co.uk
identical twins come form one egg that splits in half and forms two babies. They share 100% of their DNA and are always the same sex. They have similar hand and foot prints, but different fingerprints and teeth marks.
So to answer your question, yes they share the same DNA, and apparently that's not all that they share.

Identical twins do have the same DNA, that's why they are identical. The questions here is why did you cheat? Are you unhappy with your husband, and if so, why do you choose his brother of all people. That's a double punch to the stomach....Time for you to do some soul searching, and decide whether you are going to be committed to him or not. You shouldn't play with someone Else's heart.

For the idiots above who said that identical twins do not have the same DNA, you're wrong.

Identical twins DO have the same DNA, but paternity CAN be found out.

Either this is a trick question or a hoax.

Identical twins have same DNA.

If they're identical twins they have the same dna but different fingerprints, so there isn't any way to tell who's baby it is... You're outta luck (or in luck if you don't plan on telling him).

Identical twins have the same DNA, fraternal twins do not
Look at it this way, your husband can never prove it is not his child
