Evanescence!
I know a lot.
They have a myspace.
and their own site.
on which you can find the handwritten lyrics for "Fallen", the album.
They're Goth Metal/Rock.
They originated in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lead Singer - the wonderfully talented Amy Lee.
Latest Album: The Open Door, released Oct. 3 [I memorized the release date, yes, I'm a fan. Shoot me.]
Probably their most famous song: Bring Me To Life (Wake me up inside), heard on the Daredevil soundtrack and totally cool music vid.
I loved their album, Fallen (2004), which had My Immortal, Everybody's Fool, Going Under, Tourniquet, and Bring Me to Life on it, the most popular songs from that album.

From their latest album, The Open Door: Lacrymosa, Cloud Nine, Snow White Queen, Lithium, Sweet Sacrifice, Weight of the World, and Call Me When You're Sober (the most popular song). You can find all of these songs on Limewire.

In the music video for "Bring Me to Life", the guy she's singing with mainly [who echoes her in the chorus] is Ben Moody, they used to be together.

I think one of their other albums name was "Far from Home", their first one, I think.
Amy Lee dresses like a goth. She probably is one. You can find one of their "In sessions" on AOL music. She also had an interview with AIM Today.

I know that the guitarist Ben Moody left the band a while ago and now is a producer/songwriter and writes songs for people like Kelly Clarkson. I know that the lead singer Amy Lee is in her thirties and that she had some bad expiriences and I think the band had a lawsuit against something.

the lead singer is Amy Lee, the other guy she started the band with Ben Moody I think his name was - left in the middle of the night at a gig without even telling anybody. They have had a couple past hit songs. Call Me When your sober is their latest Also Lithium. The guy in the video for CMWYS looks like a werewolf in the video, he has a mysapce.

definite, yet i do no longer think of they are going to ever be an analogous returned because of the fact that Amy Lee has ripped her band aside. 'provide Unto Me' shows her marvelous piano qualifications although. Evanescence's Lithium wasn't an analogous music as Nirvana. How the hell do you destroy a music that theres in basic terms one version of?

the word evanescence means "state of vanishing", and a lot of their music reflects that kind of depressing weirdness. I'm not a huge fan. Titles like "Broken", "Breathe Me To Life", and "Call Me When You're Sober" are their hits. that's all i know.

I know that they made a song called Lithium, which is used to treat Bipolar disorder. Someone in the group must have it. Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder that causes it sufferers to experience mood swings from severve depression/hopelessness to manic/happiness but extreme over confidence and excitment.
