how can i fix it without using money....

If it doesn't power up then:
1. power cord / wall outlet
2. Power supply
3. Motherboard
The first one is free. The second one might be free, power supplies tend to go to sleep for a few min when abused. However, a new power supply is like $40 and easy to install.
The motherboard is usually terminal these days.

Could be the motherboard. Most likely the power supply. Take it to a computer shop or ask a smart friend. Don't go to Best Buy et. al.
