Are you looking for one person who was/is all three?
Not sure if there is one, but I can give you one person for all three.
IMHO:
Most Talented: Dynamite Kid
Most Popular: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
Most Successful: Hulk Hogan

Most talented : The Rock ( great all around, Great body, great charisma, Great mic skills, great stamina, great strength, great speed, good assortment of moves, multi time champ, an ok actor. better than Hogan thats for sure. He is the Great One.)
Most Popular: Hulk Hogan. Still running wild even after 25 years in the business.
Most Sucessful: Toss up between Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair. But Ill give the edge to Flair on this one. No one has even come close to beating Ric's 16 time world championship title streak. Hulk only has 9? 10? HHH has 10.

Talent can be measured in so many different ways. Technical has to be Bret, high risk, Ricky Steamboat, beatdown I would say Undertaker. If you talkin about all of the above then I would say Sting. Hogan was sucessful and popular, his offensive talent was not that good, but he could show storyline in wrestling like the best.

While I want to say hulk Hogan, he's not talented.
Ric Flair has had such a trmendous career. I was watching Raw with my wifes Grandfather not long back, and he was able to recognize him, and say "Wow, Ric Flair is still around!" This guy has all three, plus he's been able to be at the top of the industry for decades! I'm not even a big Flair mark, but for this survey, the answer needs to be Flair.

Well I'm an 80s guy, and I would have to say that there was nothing compared to Hulkamania. Steve Austin, Rock, and many other champions were popular for a very short time, but Hulk Hogan had his own cartoon series! He even had videos about health and exercise for kids!
Definitely most popular and successful. Talent however is difficult to answer. Its like asking who is better Tyson or Ali.
