It is most likely an anxiety or panic attack. They feel very similar but have a few difference. You deal with them both in the same way though...A few recommendations:
1. Take a hot bath and/or listen to some very familar music. Loud music might do it for you or soft music...the most important thing is that it is really familiar.
2. Try natural herbs to calm yourself down. One I highly recommend is Valerion Root, you can buy it in pill form at Walmart for like 3 bucks. It stinks pretty bad when you open the bottle but it doesn't have any taste when you swallow them. They have a great calming effect.
3. Remember to breath. And I don't just mean breath deeply, but breathing at all. When you have a bad enough anxiety attack, you can literally forget to breath. It causes the chest pains and such to feel even worse. Sitting and just focusing on breathing for a couple minutes can help calm your body down.
4. Talk to someone friendly. Someone detached from the situation. Make sure it isn't someone who will judge you or you will feel is judging you. Even if you don't talk about the situation juts having a friendly face around can actually calm you down alot and get your mind off of it.
I know the feelings you get with these things is horrible and can make you feel like you are dying. Many people go to doctors for them but a few, like me, have found that we can learn to cope on our own. The main thing to remember is to not make any rash decisions when you feel like that...no matter how bad it feels, it will pass. Good luck! :)

I know what you are talking about- I have gotten it once or twice. You need to relax and not stress out so much or you could literally worry or stress yourself to sickness. I got over it by soph year in highschool, now I don't really care what people think. Try some meditation, listen to relaxing music, basically anything that helps you relax.

Yes i get that sometime..... Usually i just put it down to that's how my body is reacting to it....
it's like your a big soft drink and all the bubble are shooting everywhere inside of you. hahah I'll tell you what when it happens again hold your breath and push like you pushing out a fart but your not really they go wild inside of you. i even get them sometimes when im nerves and as a natural process i held my breath and that's what happened... kinda weird huh? It's like a anxiety attack.

Your mind is reacting to your situations. Whenever our bodies are in a hostile environment it releases hormones which are carried by the blood and affects our well being.
I suggests that whenever you see situations like the one you described starting to happen, leave immediately.
