How about your favourite caracter? ie Wiggles, Bob the Builder, Winnie The Pooh etc
Or you can make it a baby shower with a difference and do it all about you. Pamper day for you. Manicures, pedicures, massages etc.
Or just all things blue. Blue invites, decorations, food, games and dress code.

decorate a christmas tree in the it's a boy! baby blue, baby blue stockings for the gift wraps, instead of your basic baby shower wrapping paper, at the dollar tree they have little baby shower themes for decorations and etc, you can find baby decoration for christmas tree too!
