wheel covers are full covers, cover the full wheels
hub caps are what cover the hubs only, really small, middle part of the wheel
dust caps cover the bearings of the hub assembly that the wheel bolts to
you guys are mixing up technical terms so badly...
there are about ten different parts on vehicles with the name hub in them
and on 4 wheel drive vehicles theres even more usually
