most lilely the high beam switch yes

if you checked all fuses and circuit breakers first and ruled those out

if so then it has to be the high beam switch

in which in most vehicles is mounted in the column assembly and in most vehicles it is easy to replace, relatively, involves removing covers on the steering column and a couple of screws and unplugging the wiring harness

no big deal, takes about 40 minutes to do the job

i like ot do them cuz its a quick 75 or 100 bucks every time and it is a common occurance,

good luck
