I saw Walgreens all the way Jordanna is the best unlike wet 'n' wild that eye liner never works. jordanna works great and u can get either the pencil or the retractable pencil that works even better no more worrying about a sharpner!!!LOL hope that was a help

Its not drugstore, purchase city Decays 24/7 liner in 0 is staggering! it rather is 17 money, it really is extra powerful than drugstore, yet genuinely rather rather absolutely worth the money! It maintains to be on the waterline o.ok. and would not worsen your eyes.

i personally love Mac eyeliner, it doesnt ware off or smudge, but if your going for a drugstore eyeliner i would suggest i think its maybelline, i use some of there products and they work well

Maybeline is the best you should try Mac though Its about a couple of dollars difference and if you don't like it you can always take it back.

NYC is the best! It's really cheap, goes on easily, easy to smudge to a reasonable ammount. I love the stuff. :]
