Depending on what you teach there's some jobs here in central Illinois looking fo teachers. I don't know salary or anything but there is a need for teachers last I knew.

Well, first you need credentials. Assuming you have them, then, I would just apply to local high schools, colleges, middle schools, elementary, whatever you're intrested in. However, different states have different standards, so if you go credentials in state A, you might have to add more if you want to teach in state B

The school district in Las Vegas hires about 1,000 teachers every year.
Housing is expensive though.

go to your school district of your town if you have a degree there are sure to take you!
