i want to get a monroe piercing (aka madonna) but i have braces do u think it would be a problem ?

Potentially. Monroe's are pierced with labret studs which can easily get caught in your braces and on the wires. If you got one, you would have to use extreme care not to pull on it or hurt yourself.
My advice is to just wait, choose a location on your lips where you could get a CBR or get a piercing elsewhere.

Yeah, too much metal on the face doesn't look attractive. Wait till you get your braces off. But I'm not your mom so it is really up to you. If you really can't wait though get something small. Good luck!

I don't believe so, but monroes can cause gum erosion, much like labret piercings. If I were you, I'd consider something else.

i would get one right when you get ur braces off, so many things can go wrong, and if you cut urself alot with your braces, that is not exactly the best piercing

i would choose another peircing. i think that would be too much metal in one area. plus monroes leave nasty permanent scars. a small nose gem would look fine...and they don't scar. iv had mine done twice and you can't even see where my holes are. i personally think they are alot cuter than monroes too.....but do what makes you happy =)
