Well i think we ALL have those days. And Self disipline is the answer. When we think "negative" about someone , we need to switch that off somehow.
Yes people are frustrating to deal with, but its part of life. I see it as a test .
A way to calm yourself down is to , See the postive in someone. Though they may show their weakness and faults and flaws, you still need to look past that and see their potential.
Dont let your days get the best of you, good days will come, and bad days will come. You just got to CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES.

Living in Toronto, that's every day, dude. I hate to say this, but I usually just come on here and find some question and asker I don't like and just rip them a new one. Hey, it's better than doing that in real life where I can get into an easy fist fight.

You have to decide what kind of day you will have when you first wake up. But when that doesn't happen like I want it to then I listen to music. The songs say what I want to say. I can feel gloomy at times and music will cheer me. Bet it will work for you too. Try it. It can only help.

I get things off my mind by getting out of the house or writing. Find something you like and do it.
