Depending on how long you've been friends you could make her a scrap book from all the past memories. Put in pictures, poems, quotes, etc that remind you of your friend. It's a really sweet gift that is also cheap. If you do not have many pictures or haven't been friends very long, you could get her a plain colored picture frame and put a picture of you two in it. Decorate the outside of the frame with glitter, jewels, etc....or you could write around the frame with inside jokes and cute quotes.
