The most common colour is brown, the rarest is gray, blue-green eyes are more common than blue and blue are more common than green.

Suppose that the eye colours of the people in the world are blue, blue, blue, brown, brown, brown, brown, green, green. Then the most common eye colour is brown.

brown is definately the most common eye color because it is a dominant color, along with green and hazel. Blue would have the least number of people because it is recessive.
