Well first you need to give us more info like were do you live. If you live near mexico go there cause there is no drinking age and if you live close to canada go there cause alot of places its 18 to drink and you can somke pot, if thats what your into. Are your parents paying for your trip cause then I would fly to a party Island. Also is this when all the Universities are on break then I would go to one of there break places. I strongly suggest Padres Island Texas all the partying is house parties and you meet everyone on the beach and go to there house to party.

Well the normal place to go would be Cancun Mexico of course thats where me and my friends went for ours. But I hear South Padre Island has been the spot to go also. I have never been there but I can tell you Cancun was the most fun I have ever had on a vacation WHOA!!

Panama City is where the college kids go on break. I've been there several times and there's so much to do.
