How do you get pictures on a PSP?

Connet your psp to your computer, open it up, open "PSP" folder, and put pictures in the folder named "PHOTO" If the folder doesnt exist, make a new folder and name it PHOTO

to set as wallpaper, on your console, go to the picture column and click on the memory stick. Click on the picture. then press Triange and go to the option that says "set as wallpaper"
