That's the price (well it's actually 30) that Judas took to betray Jesus. He's was saying he's going to betray House.

Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. Wilson asked for 30. I believe that Wilson feels like he has already lost everything so he is going to try and 'save' everyone else.

Wilson said 30 pieces of silver refering to the money Judas was paid to betray Christ.
It also means Wilson is going to rat out House and I hate that.
I realize Greg is irritating but that just makes me love himand I do not know what will happen when he finds out Wilson has betrayed him but it won't be pretty.
