Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. Wilson asked for 30. I believe that Wilson feels like he has already lost everything so he is going to try and 'save' everyone else.

It also means Wilson is going to rat out House and I hate that.
I realize Greg is irritating but that just makes me love himand I do not know what will happen when he finds out Wilson has betrayed him but it won't be pretty.
