this question always gets a ridiculous amount of responses. as if people think that they can talk someone thinking about suicide out of it, in the form of an anonymous answer on this little site.

the answer to your question is maybe, once or twice, who hasnt.

Well, i think that a one point or another, everyone thinks of suicide. Some seriously consider it and others just fantasize about all the attention they would get at their funeral and stuff.
If I HAD to commit suicide, I would park my car in my garage, roll down the windows and run gas into the car. There is no pain, and its just basically like falling asleep, and then you die when you lose conciousness. That would be a lot better than wrist slitting or something painful

I actually have some psychological situation that when I cry my mind is going into overload and some chemical substances are produced way too a lot and others no longer adequate- so i believe truly depressed and imagine about suicide each and every time I cry. I advise i'd be crying cuz I stubbed my toe truly problematical and "purely pick the discomfort to end". i'm severe. i'm fortunate that i'm continually intricate in my ideas- which includes extracting cyanide from pear seeds... so by no ability been sucessful- it really is reliable and now on drugs.

Many times.

Car in to bridge support would do it.

Have to be fast though, with no seat belt.

Sorry for the late entry, but it must be said :

If you kill yourself, you must be sick, ill, do you understand?

Depression is an illness, one with terrible consequences for those left behind.

Where the ppl who have it don't see what effect it will have on their loved ones.

Please, if you or anyone here is contemplating suicide and can see what I am trying to say, then seek professional help.

When they found my cousins body at Beechy Head, they also found 3 others.

At age 17, when my best friends mum went home on mothers day, she found his body in the garage

Both true stories, so please, seek help.

i think about it all the time... actually, tomorrow will be the two year anniversary of my best friend's suicide, so i've been thinking about it more now than i usually do...

i personally will never kill myself because i've seen the aftermath and how emotionally scarred everyone who was close to the person becomes, and even if i don't get along with my family all the time (more like hardly ever, actually), i would never EVER want to subject them to that torture...

Yes, Candy, several times I thought of it, and then I decided that I am worth living for. I was going to step out in front of a train, I tried pills (I was caught before it was too late), I ran my car into a 10 ft. high solid brick wall( ruined a perfectly good car), and I tried cutting my wrists( didn't cut deep enough).
Suicide is not worth it. There are so many wonderful things in this life to learn and see.
I thank God for saving me each time.

God bless you.

Yes, I think at some deperate point most people do. I won't answer the second part of the question just in case your thinking of it now. As my mom always says-there IS light at the end of the dark tunnel. I'm living proof of that.

Yes. Long time ago now. Many different ways- jumping in front of car, knife, and some other ways that i'm not proud of. I now help others going through hard times so they don't end up thinking things like i did. It's important to ask for help before ending up with those kind of thoughts.

Yes, but that was some time ago, and thankfully things are much better now. I've seen help and I feel as thuogh I can get on with the rest of my life happy. If you have any of these kind of thoughts, please see someone for help. Things may seem impossible but I can assure you that there is always a way.
