Wilson is Jewish a fact revealed in the first season when he tries to pass off a patient as his cousin so that House will treat her. She is eating ham at her place which tells foreman that she is not Jewish and therefore not Wilson's cousin.
Anyway, thirty peices of silver is the exact amount of silver the prophecies say that the mesiah will be sold out for when the mesiah is handed over to the disbelievers.
It is the exact amount that Judas was given to hand over Jesus to the Romans as well.
Of course, in the case of Judas he was promised that Jesus would not be hurt that he would only be arrested. The implication here is that Wilson wants to make a deal but he expects something in return for his testimony. from what the previews show he wants House to get off with Rehab.
I can't see House accepting the deal. They have no proof he signed the script and he has proof that Wilson said he signed the script and was then tortured into changing his testimony. Any lawyer worth his fees could win this case.

Judas was paid 30 silver pieces to betray Jesus. But *according to the Bible* Judas was so wracked w/ grief after wards that his *I forget the exact wording* but his body kinda exploded into the ground. As much as I want to b*tch slap him if he goes through w/ it, I'll be in mourning if Robert Sean Leonard leaves the show :(
