Anything you like -- but Business Administration or Economics would be good if you want to do corporate law.

I'm something of an overachiever, so I'd say double-major in Business and Political Science.
I suppose if you're looking to only have one major, you could always pick one and minor in the other. Either way, you're going to need background in both. I'd say major in business, minor in poli sci-- you'll get all the legal junk in law school.
