I am helping a friend out, but need to put a contract together to insure we have an understanding of terms and pay back. Any suggestions on where I can find this info would be most appreciated.

Use a "Promissory Note" and be sure to get it notarized. Just google the term and you'll find lots of free templates online.

Staples, Office Club, Comp USA, or any stationary store has standard legal forms. You can download them on your computer. They are set up so you can type right on the form your personal information.
