I think different would be a better word.
Those of us in the medical profession see these kind of different things and really don't think much of it while the general public will stare and point.
Alot of times when the child is a new born, these extra fingers are usually removed.
I betcha that wearing gloves is hard for you.
Maybe some day you can have the extra fingers taken off and make things easier for you.

Don't think so-you have polydactyly. Some people even consider it lucky if you have more than the normal fingers. Since you're only 10, you just may be the object of ridicule by your classmates who know nothing better. A good hand surgeon or orthopedist can help you.

There is a father and son in the Phillipines who each has 12 fingers and 12 toes and they all work fine. It was in Ripley's.

It's not weird. You have polydactylism, which is having extra fingers or toes. You're ten, so I'm guessing the fingers are functioning? Usually they take extra ones off if they're just little nubs. As long as you're happy with yourself, it doesn't matter how many digits you have.
