Your biggest problem is Nowitzki is on your bench. That should NEVER happen, Morrison is okay for a rookie but seriously!!! You need a couple of better centers and maybe switch Parker into a utility spot and sit Cassell or Smith instead of Parker. Try to trade Shaq and Baron-he cant stay healthy and could get you a quality center but overall seems like a pretty good team and you should be in contention all season.

Hmmm... how about Dirk Nowitzki on your bench. You have a pretty good rookie (no denying that he can score) in and a perennial MVP candidate on the bench. Read that again. Let it sink in a little. Neither of these guys is going to secure a ton of rebounds, both are score-first, pass-later forwards. They're similar players, but Dirk is proven and can absolutely dominate games. You have to look in the long run: Who's likely to have better numbers over the course of a month, half a season, a full season? Who's more likely to avoid stupid (or rookie, however you want to say it) mistakes and make clutch plays in crunch time? Who would you rather have on whatever team it is you root for? The answer to all of these questions should be Nowitzki - as should the question of who to start in your fantasy lineup.
As for Shaq - maybe drop one of your guards (Davis, Cassell, or Parker) and pick up another solid center (I know there aren't many, but do what you can) because he's only a solid option while he's healthy - and his body could break down at any moment. I love Shaq, and he's still a beast, but he's a shell of his former self. Protect yourself and get someone to replace him should injuries (even ones that he can play through) plague him again.

Obviously the weekest link is Shaq, use him to trade a SG. For instance, maybe some people would like to use Jason Richardson to trade Shaq with you.
According to your line up, I guess your league is a 6 people or 8 people league. For me, I will drop out Chandler in exchange A. Mourning as Mourning has a good stat recently.
Drop out Luol Deng also, add K. Martin (Sac) or M Ellis (Gsw) or M William (Buc) instead

you have already got Deron Williams and Raymond Felton so u particularly dont desire a strugglin Andre Miller. i think of u could come across a commerce to get a rebounder or yet another shooter. impressive now i purely see LeBron James as ur purely scorer which could positioned up 25 each and every night. (There isnt sufficient photos in Boston for Allen to place up 25 each and every night, Aldridge is bein double teamed now, Williams has to unfold the ball around, Howard doesnt get sufficient photos with each and all the shooters on Dallas.) So i'd seek for a scorer. additionally to boot Ray Allen u dont have any 3 element shooters. Williams, Felton, James, Howard all attempt to bypass to the basketball until eventually now puttin up the long ball. And u already understand approximately ur reboundin issues. i'd advise consistent with hazard tradin gay and Miller for a rebounder and a scorer.

get rid of him his value is horrible this year
you severly lack shot blocking, low rebounding, too high of turnovers, and im guessing your field goal percentages are low, find a way to get a decent big man like a PF that can fill up those holes
