Your best option is to move the nslookup program (C:\windows\system32\nslookup.exe) to somewhere not in the path, or change the permissions so no one can use it (if you are running NT,2000,XP Pro,2003).

But why would you want to disable nslookup? All it does is allow you to query a DNS server. Its useful for checking to see if a DNS server is working.
