i just got a blood nose, and i was wondering, what would of coused it if i was just sitting here at the computer?

If you have the heat on, it could be that the air is dry, causing the inside of your nose to dry out. Some people have a vein inside their nose that is very close to the surface, and any dryness or irritation in a nostril will cause a bloody nose.
On the other hand, if you have high blood pressure, it can cause a nosebleed. If the nosebleeds continue, with or without a headache, you should see a physician.

very dry air drys out the inside of your nose, use saline nose spray, high blood pressure also can cause that, and some illnesses.

a blood vessel just broke, pinch it with a cold wash cloth with your head tilted back, it should stop.

Whenever I take "Aleve" I get a nosebleed.
Have you been taking any pain meds with Naprosen in it?
