probably basketball shoes because they are meant for running. the best basketball shoes are probably nike or addias

I would say that nike air shoes are best for running and for playing basketball..but for a shoe to were around I would say coverse chuck taylors are the best. The cost of the shoe is very affordable and cheap.The shoes are very comfortable to wear.

running shoes...Nike Air Max
basketball shoes...Jordans
wear around shoes...Air Force Ones

man forget about the nikes. the airs are nice, but And 1s are sick. for around $100 Can (i dont know about the US), they look amazing and are very comfortable. i've had a pair for around 2 years....everyday shoes, played basketball, street hockey, pick up soccer, the occasional golf game when i forgot my spikes, etc...but as any shoe does after this much wear (but not nearly as old), it looks beat up so i got me a new pair of And 1s. trust me, you wont be disappointed. i've yet to be
